How to Prevent Copy/Paste from Grids

Bertrand Desmarest, a member of the Dynamics AX Support team examines the mechanisms by which an AX user can paste grid data into Microsoft Excel.

For some customers this is extremely useful, but other customers may not want users to be able to do this. The problem is that there is no way to control this functionality through standard Dynamics AX security.

But you can see an example of a customization you can test to block this functionality for all users here.
