On the Encore Business Solutions Blog, Todd Hoffer wrote about a new feature in Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Finance and Supply Chain Management: engineering change management.
He explained that engineering change management lets you manage your products through version control and change management to boost quality and reliability, increase focus on product safety, and help manage constantly changing product lifecycles.
Engineering change management brings structure and discipline to the product data management process, Hoffer stated.
In his blog post, Hoffer walked through some of the capabilities of the engineering change management.
