Providing security access to users for real-time form ownership

On her blog, Megan Walker wrote that using real-time marketing forms from Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Insight journeys on your website provides a quick and seamless way to automatically create leads and contacts.

Walker noted that when a new record is created, the owner of that record is the person who owns the marketing form.

She stated that instead of giving sales people an out-of-the-box security role for marketing, you should consider creating a new specific role for marketing form ownership. In her post, Walker walked users through how to do this.

Finally, she stated you should be sure to assign your new security role to anyone who needs to own real-time marketing forms.
