[How to] turn off Copilot form fill assistance in Dynamics 365
On the CRM SoftwareBlog, Brian Begley from enCloud9 wrote that in Dynamics 365 CRM, you might see a message when you're saving a new record, such as an account, prompting you to accept AI suggestions.
Begley noted that this message, which also appears when you’re editing multiple records, can be confusing since there's no explanation, and you can’t control how it works. Begley stated that this feature, called Copilot form fill assistance, is automatically integrated into D365 Sales, Customer Service, and soon Power Apps.
However, Begley wrote that users are having problems with the AI-generated suggestions feature, which auto fills form fields and causes confusion. He noted that even after turning off Copilot, the feature still runs, disrupting workflow and affecting data accuracy.
In his blog post, Begley explained how to turn off Copilot form fill assistance in Dynamics 365.
