Improve collaboration by adding notes before saving
An author writing on the Inogic blog stated that in many sales jobs, it can be hard to keep track of important details during client meetings because reps usually have to save records before adding notes, causing them to miss information.
However, the author noted that a new feature in Dynamics 365 Sales lets you take notes and upload documents in real-time without having to save the record first. This makes it easier for teams to review the details and plan follow-ups while allowing the rep to focus more on building the client relationship and less on handling data.
In the blog post, the author explained in detail how to use this new feature. They stated that adding a note before saving a form is an easy and effective way to improve data quality and team communication.
New Marketing Updates
Writing on the CRM SoftwareBlog, Jim Bertler from Logan Consulting stated that Microsoft updates its D365 CRM platform twice a year to keep it cutting edge and easy to use. In the latest update, Microsoft added new features to improve the marketing tools in the app.
