How to use Copilot-recommended email templates in D365 Customer Service
Writing on the Inogic blog, Sam Kumar stated that writing emails by hand can slow agents down, lead to inconsistent responses, and wear teams out.
He wrote that the Copilot feature in the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Service workspace helps fix that.
Kumar noted that it looks at the details of each case and quickly suggests the most relevant, pre-approved email templates. Agents can pick one and customize it with just a click. The result is faster responses, more consistent messaging, and a more polished experience for customers.
In his blog, Kumar broke down how Copilot-recommended email templates work and walked you through the key setup steps. He also showed you how they appear on case records, and explained when the "choose a different email template" option shows up — and why it doesn't always appear.

Writing on her blog, Megan Walker stated that themes have been part of Dataverse, D365, and CRM for a long time.
