Microsoft will add new features to its Fundraising and Engagement solution and the team is planning to launch a new volunteer-focused solution and other updates in autumn 2021.

Linkedin integration and updated donation workflows are available this month, while a new Volunteer Management solution will open a public preview in June.

In a new blog post, Microsoft Tech for Social Impact global CTO Erik Arnold reviewed the latest features and the updated roadmap.

LinkedIn Sales Navigator can now be used from within Fundraising and Engagement, Arnold stated. Fundraising and Engagement is built on Dynamics 365 Sales. Fundraisers at nonprofits can use Sales Navigator to discover and solicit new prospects using the organization's LinkedIn network.
