Media Aspects/InterDyn AKA Launches CRMADvantage at NAB 2010

Media Aspects/InterDyn AKA today launched its new product CRMADvantage, an add-on to Microsoft Dynamics CRM for the media and entertainment industries. The product was unveiled at NAB 2010 in Las Vegas, Nevada.

CRMADvantage, a fully integrated ad sales management system for broadcasters, publishers and advertisers, offers all the benefits of Microsoft Dynamics CRM as well as additional functions to help media and entertainment companies improve their sales, marketing and customer service processes, according to Media Aspects.

CRMADvantage leverages the Microsoft stack, Microsoft Office, Microsoft Dynamics ERP, Exchange (Outlook) and integration tools, CRMADvantage to give companies one product that supports a tiered account structure, company officials said. This allows media and entertainment companies to retain and manage their relationships with advertisers and advertising agencies as well as create opportunities and proposals that they can convert into contracts and integrate into an ERP solution, according to the company.

"Building on top of our xRM framework, Media Aspects brings a vertical solution that enables media companies to better manage their customer relations, this is in many ways aligned with our industry, application and platform strategy." Said Craig Downing , Sr. Product Manager, Microsoft Dynamics CRM, in a statement.

Media Aspects said CRMADvantage contains screens specific to media and entertainment companies such as Ad Sales-Campaign, Ad sales CRM-Accounts, Ad Sales CRM-Line details and Ad Sales CRM (Bundles) that allow them to more efficiently manage their complicated business relationships.

CRMADvantage works in concert with DynamicsADvantage, an integrated Dynamics-based approach to ERP and operations for the North American television broadcasting industry that was launched in February.
