What is natural language processing (NLP) in Power Automate all about?
Let’s say you are new to Power Automate, but your organization has asked you to start using it to create automations. First you will need to understand the fundamentals of the service like which connectors to select, which action to add to your flows, and many more details.
But what if new Power Automate developers could get started by just describing their requirements to the service? It sounds strange, but it is now possible. With a new feature in Power Automate, users can describe their requirements in words (i.e., natural language) and the system will create possible flows for them.
This is NLP in Power Automate and it uses AI GPT3 based OpenAI Codex. Right now, this feature is available only in the United States region, so you would need to create an environment there to try it out.
Let’s look at how people can get started with this capability.
Open https://make.powerautomate.com/ and under “Create”, choose "Describe it to design it".
Here, describe your requirements for a new flow in natural language and click Submit. For example: "When Lead gets created, send teams message to Sales Representative and create task inside Lead."
