, has released a new "AR & Collections Manager" add on tool that makes it easier to manage collections which, in turn, speeds invoice payments and boosts the bottom line.

The add-on combines a built-in contact manager and accounts receivable data and then identifies overdue invoices, assigns collection responsibilities to a specific employee and provides space for that employee to record updates.

Robert Cole, director of sales, pointed out that only a three-day reduction in the length of time that invoices are outstanding could add $8,000 to the bottom line per $1 million in gross revenue.

"We have seen many of the companies who have installed this add-on enjoy a positive payback in the first two months," Cole said.

This is not the first collections management add-on solutions for NAV - Albany Software and Accounting Software Library offer alternatives with varied feature sets.

A 10-year-old global developer, has created 10 other add-ons for Dynamics NAV, including Excel Journal Import, Dimension Management, and Document Find to search by internal and external document number.
