Avanade acquires Microsoft Dynamics and SAP manufacturing specialist eLogic

Global Microsoft solution provider Avanade has acquired eLogic, a US-based technology consulting firm providing Microsoft and SAP solutions for manufacturers across North America.

The eLogic team will provide the foundation for new Intelligent Sales & Services offerings at Avanade, according to the companies. “With Avanade, eLogic will be able to offer its clients a broader set of specialized capabilities across end-to-end solutions for manufacturers,” they stated.

The acquisition will add more than 70 mid-market and enterprise-focused clients to Avanade’s manufacturing portfolio and over 80 new professionals to its existing business applications team, according to eLogic.

eLogic was a Power Apps and Power Automate Partner of the Year finalist in 2020. The company has a history working on manufacturing industry efforts by Microsoft for CRM and has offered Dynamics CRM to SAP integration.  

Financial terms of the transaction are not being disclosed.
