SmartSearch Partners with Kineticom on Integration with Microsoft Dynamics GP

Advanced Personnel Systems Inc. (APS), developers of SmartSearch, a recruiting business software solution, has teamed up with Kineticom to develop a custom integration that makes it easier for the critical staffing information from SmartSearch to flow into Microsoft Dynamics GP and the Personnel Agency Management (PAM) system.

Kineticom is an ISO certified technical talent firm with strong recruitment capabilities in telecommunications and IT for contract and direct hire opportunities. The integration with GP/PAM will enable Kineticom to ensure that all hiring activity initiated within the SmartSearch front office system for applicant tracking and customer relationship management will move seamlessly to the back office and payroll to provide a complete solution, according to company officials.

Remote access to customer, vendor and employee data is provided via web services so they can view invoices, timesheets and payment information. The system is tightly integrated to eliminate duplicate data entry, streamline workflow, and ensure accuracy and the data is synchronized in real time. according to LJ Morris, CTO at APS.

SmartSearch works to seamlessly integrate with existing systems and applications for managing all employment-related information.
