Customer journey orchestration in Dynamics 365 Marketing reaches GA

Microsoft revealed its customer journey orchestration plans for Dynamics 365 Marketing in April, and today the product team has begun to roll out the capabilities for generally availability

Customer journey orchestration (CJO) is only available in some regions today and will be rolling out worldwide "in the months ahead," wrote Dynamics 365 Marketing vice president Lori Lamkin.

CJO capabilities of Marketing allow organizations to invoke Power Automate flows within a journey to allow organizations to set triggers and then take actions related to customers (or other types of people) in various channels.

Lamkin noted examples from early adopters of CJO that extend well beyond traditional customer marketing scenarios:
