Brainshark integrates sales readiness training, coaching from within Microsoft Dynamics 365

Sales enablement software maker Brainshark Inc. has announced an integration with Microsoft Dynamics 365's enterprise sales app. The Dynamics 365 integration is aimed at streamlining sales readiness and improving productivity by providing access to training, coaching, and other sales content.

"The more the solution can be integrated with the CRM system and reduce the need to access one more application, the better it can support seller efficiency by reducing the time required to navigate to and use one more app," said Steven Wright, senior analyst at Forrester Research Inc.

Directly from within Dynamics 365, sales teams can use Brainshark to:

  • Onboard new hires quickly and keep sales reps continuously prepared with interactive learning resources (see graphic).
  • Access insights and analytics aimed at improving sales readiness and performance. Reps and their managers can track their training progress, engagement and sales readiness.
  • Help sales leaders monitor team progress and understand what content resonates most with audiences.

Brainshark was founded in 1999, and provides a content-authoring platform as well as content management. Professionally-produced sales training videos were costly and aged quickly. The idea of Brainshark authoring is to make in-house training tools far less expensive to produce, more dynamic, and to include analytics.
