"De-Mystifying" CRM License Key Problems. It seems a chronic problem with Microsoft CRM has to do with license keys that don't work quite right. The problem is continuing with CRM 4.0, according to the company's UK blog. A team member observes that, "quite frankly, we didn't make this particularly easy for you."
