Binary Stream launches RevOps 365 platform for revenue operations and billing management

Binary Stream has launched RevOps 365, its new platform to centralize revenue operations and billing management.

The solution integrates with CRM and ERP solutions and provides tools for subscription management, additional payment methods, compliance tools for over 30 countries, and customizable contracts, along with reporting and analytics related to MRR and revenue management. Reports will be available through Power BI and Solver.

New capabilities in the platform follow from the company's acquisition of Vertical Leap in October 2022. The team used key pieces of the acquired firm's AR and collections engine, according to Khaled Nassra, head of marketing at Binary Stream.

RevOps 365 adds a new collection of offerings to Binary Stream's portfolio, but is also builds on existing subscription billing and lease management IP with support for complex billing models, Nassra told MSDW. The new elements in the platform are RevOps 365 Sales (a CRM-based recurring billing engine currently compatible with D365 CE and Salesforce), RevOps 365 Payments and Collections (a payments and AR automation solution), and RevOps 365 Customer Portal (a mini eCommerce portal for customers interested in self-serve purchasing experiences).

Existing Binary Stream customers who use the company's multi-entity management, subscription billing, and other solutions can benefit from adding RevOps 365, says Nassra. New features will tailor service-centric subscriptions, leases with IoT tracking charges, and multi-facility or entity companies.
