AKA Enterprise Solutions Acquires Green Beacon’s Microsoft Dynamics AX Practice

Microsoft Dynamics AX and CRM partner AKA Enterprise Solutions has acquired Green Beacon's Dynamics AX practice.

As its Dynamics CRM practice continued to grow, Green Beacon decided to focus on accelerating the growth of that practice, the company said in a statement. After making that decision, Green Beacon approached AKA to acquire its Dynamics AX practice.

The acquisition is an asset purchase, and as such, many of Green Beacon's Dynamics AX employees and customers have moved over to AKA as part of the agreement. 

"Not only has this acquisition added talented new team members to our already exceptional team, but it has also brought us great customers who have a strong bond with those resources," said Ronald Haantjes, Vice President of Client Relations for AKA Enterprise Solutions. "All of our customers will benefit from a deeper pool of expertise that these resources bring to the team. We have made great progress in integrating them into our team, company and culture."

AKA's solutions for the media, financial services, public sector and life sciences industries has been and continues to be key to the company's strong performance and revenue growth, officials said.

Acquiring the Green Beacon AX practice, will enable AKA to expand its reach in the manufacturing and distribution sectors and continue its success with the Dynamics AX. AKA has been recognized six times as Microsoft's worldwide ERP Partner of the year winner or finalist.
