2012 Salary Survey for Microsoft Dynamics Professionals Looks at Pay, Demographics, Sentiment

Few things get people's attention like how much money their colleagues and peers make, and Nigel Frank International's 2012 salary survey, which is live now, aims to shed light on the latest data for Microsoft Dynamics professionals on trends in salary, demographics, and sentiment.

The survey, which has been run for the past three years in its current form, is open through February 10th. Nigel Frank plan to offer some preliminary results by the time Convergence 2012 comes around in March.

Employers use the results to gauge how well they are paying their current staff and also as a tool to find out how much they should be paying for new hires, according to an NFI spokesperson. And, of course, job seekers use the results to see how they are being paid in comparison to their peers.

Past results have revealed some interesting numbers, like the average daily rates for contractors in North America ($625) and Europe ($677), as well as how many employees believed they would be with their current employers in 12 months time (34%).  Another interesting point from 2009 was the low level of Dynamics CRM respondents.  Given the continued push into CRM since that time, it will be interesting to see whether that number grows significantly.
