Make fields required in your custom pages to prevent missing data

Writing on her blog, Megan Walker stated that creating a custom page is pretty straightforward. Once you understand the basics, you can build the main structure quickly and even add some functionality, such as using a Patch statement to update your records.

Walker noted that the harder part is the fine tuning, ensuring that the custom page works correctly every time and doesn’t let users submit the form more than once or click a button without filling in the fields you need.
