sa.global to acquire AI solutions firm OiKO to accelerate business solutions

Technology services firm and Microsoft partner sa.global will acquire OiKO, a data, analytics, and AI-based solutions provider, the companies announced. 

The acquisition will help sa.global extend their AI-related offerings and provide more holistic solutions that will have staying power, the company believes. OiKO will be aligned with sa.global labs, the company’s innovation hub focused on AI-based solutions, they stated. 

The firms also expect to bring together OiKO’s AI capabilities with sa.global’s IP platforms, evergreen and HomebuilderONE.
