Microsoft partner has acquired two Dynamics ERP-based products from DXC Technologies.

The two products, SMB productivity suite ReQlogic and homebuilding industry solution Homebuilder One, will broaden’s customer base, adding about 480 new clients, the company says, as well as providing a new reseller channel. ReQlogic is sold by over 100 firms and has over 60,000 users worldwide.

ReQlogic is an eProcurement, requisition, AP automation, time tracking, and expense management solution that integrates with Dynamics 365 Business Central, GP, SL, and NAV.

Homebuilder One is a cloud-based solution built on Dynamics 365 Finance and SCM and designed to help homebuilders manage resources and track complex projects. The product manages the entire development and construction life cycle including land acquisition and development, marketing, sales, and contracts, estimating, bidding and trade management, scheduling, closing and warranty.

With the sale, DXC Technology is reducing its Microsoft Dynamics footprint following a period of multiple acquisitions several years ago. ReQlogic, which has a twenty year history, was owned by Tectura when that firm was acquired by UXC Eclipse in 2013, a deal that was followed by UXC’s acquisition by CSC in 2015, which is now part of DXC Technology. Homebuilder One originated with ebecs, which DXC Technology acquired in 2018. plans to increase investment in the ReQlogic solution and partner channel to enable joint growth and success, according to Jonathan Stypula, president of Americas. “We stay committed to ensuring that ReQlogic remains always independent and exclusively channel focused,” he said.

The company aims to “reinvigorate” Homebuilder One by increasing investment in both the brand and solution.

Matt Calderwood, Chief Revenue Officer for Americas, stated:

We will invest heavily in both products to ensure our ReQlogic and Homebuilder One clients get maximum value. The same goes for the almost 40 strategic clients joining us that will leverage our industry leading managed service offering. Within, we already have deep knowledge and experience on both products. The key for us will be to leverage the teams’ industry, product, and channel knowledge and meld it with’s expertise and history of developing and supporting ISV solutions for partners and Microsoft alike. In doing so, we will ensure we are able to unlock the potential in these two products. acquired Dynamic Consulting in January 2022 and announced it had secured $50 million in growth financing from Kartesia, an independent and privately-owned provider of credit and capital solutions with a pan-European presence.
