Tracked components feature for electronics

Writing on the Logan Consulting blog, Maya VanderWoude stated that the April 2024 release, version 10.0.40, introduces a powerful new feature: tracked components.

She stated that this feature improves the process of registering and managing batch and serial numbers for components used in manufacturing, which ensures a smooth integration with finished products. According to VanderWoude, electronics manufacturers that use tracked components can achieve better quality control, regulatory compliance, and operate more efficiently.

In her blog post, VanderWoude explained who would use tracked components and why. She also wrote about the top applications of tracked components for the electronics industry as well as the benefits.

Navigate Dynamics 365 F&O using Copilot

Writing on his Dynamicspedia blog, André Arnaud De Calavon stated that the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations: 2024 release wave 1 plan includes an announcement about a feature for navigating and searching using Copilot. He noted that a preview is expected this month.
