Dynamics Communities Biz Apps Partner Executive Summit 2025

On July 23 and 24, Dynamic Communities will host the second edition of the Biz Apps Partner Executive Summit. The theme of this year’s event is, "How AI is redefining the Microsoft Partner Opportunity,” and will include leaders from Microsoft across Engineering, Field, Programs, Incentives, GPS, and more.

With an agenda co-created with Microsoft, the event organizers are preparing to welcome 300+ Microsoft partners to the Hilton Bellevue in WA for a 24-hour immersion into the Microsoft FY26 priorities. The event will give partners greater insight into topics like:

  • How Agents & Copilot redefine the partner opportunity
  • The new Field Sales Organization, Roles, and Segmentation
  • Updates on programs, incentives, funded engagements & more

Sessions will include:

  • Keynotes from Microsoft’s Satish Thomas, Lori Borg, and Cecilia Flombaum
  • Field sellers from Enterprise, SME&C and SMB defining the FY26 Organization, Roles, and Segmentation
  • A panel led by Microsoft’s Mary Madrigal on how unmanaged partners can build Microsoft relationships
  • FY26 MAICPP ISV and SI incentives, programs, and new opportunities

On day 2, following keynotes by Cecilia Flombaum and a session on MAICPP by Microsoft AI Cloud Partner Program director Steve Thomas, the Summit will feature rooms for both SIs and ISVs with individualized content to help each partner type prepare for FY26.

Following the 2024 event, the organizing team wanted to enhance the experience based on different partner perspectives. Joe Corigliano, Dynamics Communities’ executive director for partners, told MSDW that the split track approach on day 2 will add a range of new sessions, including ISV-focused presentations from Microsoft’s Heather Deggans, VP of Americas GPS ISV Sales, and Bas Brekelmans, CTO of Copilot Studio. He added:

We wanted to bring more ISV content into the conference which is why we divided the room into two tracks on Day 2 – SI and ISV. The ISV track will have 3 different sessions including a discussion with Olga Karpman, Principal Program Manager, Biz Apps and Seth Bacon, Director of Innovation at RSM to discuss ISV opportunities in Biz Apps.

There will be an MAICPP discussion specific to ISVs by Kyle Richardson, Sr. Program Lead MAICPP, and a breakout with leading SIs and ISVs on how to build successful relationships featuring Mike Gillis of RSM, Lak Chahal of Binary Stream, Tammy Fawcett of ArcherPoint by Cherry Bekaert, Aynsley Keller of SK Soft, Mark Hamblin of DMS Companies, and Tom Patterson of BDO.
