Boyum IT Solutions, a Danish software company, announced that it is acquiring German software company NETRONIC. Currently, NETRONIC is an ISV specializing in production scheduling. Boyum also recently acquired Danish PIM vendor Perfion.
Through the acquisition, Boyum hopes to boost its cloud manufacturing offerings for product value chains. The acquisition is intended to improve its offering for manufacturers to boost growth.
