Former Microsoft Dynamics NAV General Manager Jan Sillemann has joined gold-certified Dynamics Partner TRIMIT as a member of the board of directors and a "contributing advisor", the company announced today.

Jan announced his departure from Microsoft in May of this year and at the time his plans were uncertain, except that he planned to continue working in "product management and strategic business development".

TRIMIT, the first company to become Certified for Microsoft Dynamics, focuses on the fashion, furniture, product configuration and trade & distribution verticals.  They provide integrated web portals to meet industry needs, as well as a complete content management system.

"TRIMIT already makes great vertical solutions, I hope to make a difference by assisting the ongoing effort to expand the global partner network and by convincing future partners that TRIMIT is a great match - now and twenty years in the future," said Sillemann.

In addition to typical board duties, Sillemann will be acting as a contributing advisor. "TRIMIT is a very exciting company, built on great solutions and sound business principles. My task will be to help fine-tune the existing strategy and give advice on how to make the most of TRIMIT's potential. That means I'll be present at TRIMIT more often than just for the quarterly board meetings."

"I see Jan's willingness to join us as recognition of the groundbreaking work TRIMIT has done on the strategic and operational level," says COO Steen Wæver Poulsen.
