Paycor leverages Azure OpenAI Service
Paycor, a Cincinnati-based provider of human capital management software, announced the release of its AI-generated Job Descriptions tool, which integrates with Paycor Smart Sourcing and relies on Azure OpenAI Service. According to the company, the tool reduces the time spent generating job descriptions by 90 percent, cutting down on manual processes.
"The implementation of AI-powered job descriptions is Paycor's newest offering in its AI toolset and another strategic differentiator of our talent platform. This incorporation of generative AI provides leaders and recruiters the ability to quickly generate job descriptions that attract and hire top talent, helping businesses of all sizes save time and money on hiring, and helping to ensure they are attracting the right individuals for each job,” stated Ryan Bergstrom, Chief Product Officer of Paycor.
Yealink migrates to Azure
Yealink, a Chinese company that provides collaboration and communication tools, announced the migration of its Yealink Management Cloud Service, or YMCS, offering to Azure. The offering encompasses voice and video capabilities, with remote management and automatic deployment.
The company previously received SOC2 and GDPR certifications, and sought out Azure for scalability and security. Additionally, it chose to use Azure for flexible scaling with Azure Kubernetes Service and role-based access control within Blob Storage.
