Arbela expands its Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and Field Service capabilities through Fawcett Technologies Advisors transaction

Arbela Technologies Corp., a Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP, CRM, field service, business intelligence, analytics and Microsoft Cloud Solutions Partner, has completed the integration of Fawcett Technologies Advisors (FTA), a Microsoft technology consulting firm providing implementation and support services for Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and Field Service.

Arbela has acquired the business operations of FTA, including its customers and employees, subject to the terms and conditions of the transaction, according to officials of the two companies. This transaction strengthens Arbela's presence in the Western US, with its headquarters based in Orange County, California, and adds to its presence in the rest of North America and Europe.

"This transaction will enable us to serve our clients better with expanded solutions like [Dynamics 365 for] Finance and Operations, Azure, business intelligence and analytics. Additionally, becoming part of the Arbela team will provide greater opportunities across the United States," said Walter Fawcett, founder and president of FTA.
