Launch of New eBridge Connections Partner Program Driven by eCommerce Integration Demand
Data integration solutions provider eBridge Connections has launched a new channel partner program that aims to deliver better tools to partners, shorten their sales/delivery cycles, and generate additional revenue in the highly competitive eCommerce integration space.
The new program builds on other recent moves by the company. In April of this year Mozu, the cloud commerce platform built by Volusion, teamed up with eBridge Connections to further simplify and support the needs of Mozu with scalable data integration between the Mozu platform and a number of ERP systems. Earlier in March, eBridge Connections launched an app for Shopify merchants that ties their online stores into the eBridge ePortal. The web-based portal allows order data to flow to back office systems, including Microsoft Dynamics AX.
eBridge Connections Vice President of Sales Dave Malda describes the demand the company is seeing:
"Demand for eCommerce integration has increased over the past year with a shift of focus from bricks and mortar retail to online retail. Corresponding with this shift, eCommerce solution providers (agencies) are closing more deals, and have a greater need for integration solutions. Often, they prefer to outsource this work because it is complex and so they can focus more on the frontend development of websites. This is where we can come in and shorten the sales and delivery cycles for these partners."
