You likely haven't heard of Planar Systems, but if you've been wowed by a giant high-definition digital display, it was probably their work. They are behind the 7-foot-high real-time up-close display of the sun's surface at the Smithsonian National Air and Space Museum. They're also behind the Long March at Birmingham Airport in Alabama, a 27-tile mosaic display of Birmingham history. Or you may have seen a Planar display in a stadium, lecture hall, retail store, or police department - the applications of digital displays are endless.
Planar's IT Project Manager GG Rowe has an impressive track record of her own. She has 20+ years in project leadership, taking on the implementing, upgrading, and interfacing with Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 and other ERPs, as well as Salesforce.com.
Rowe will deliver or contribute to six sessions at the AXUG Summit 2015 in October, four on software project management (including Cutover Planning - Yep it's Really Important and The Theory of Evolution in Successful Project Management), and two on AX 2012 security.
