Track Incoming Email from Anywhere with the New CRM App for Outlook:

On the Microsoft Dynamics CRM Team blog, content developer Bryce Holmes said there's a new way for you to copy incoming email activities from the Outlook Web App to Microsoft Dynamics CRM. Holmes said you can do it if you're using CRM Online and you've installed CRM Online 2015 Update 1, you can use the new CRM App for Outlook to do it.
