Microsoft Dynamics CRM acquiring survey tools, cementing new partnerships at Convergence 2015

Microsoft is expected to announce at Convergence 2015 this week the acquisition of new customer feedback capabilities for Dynamics CRM as well as new CRM-focused ISV partnerships in electronic signatures, field services, and sales analytics.

Mojo Surveys Feedback 

Microsoft is reportedly acquiring the intellectual property for Mojo Surveys, a product of Fusion Software that is built to work specifically with Dynamics CRM. The product adds survey and "voice of the customer" capabilities to core Dynamics CRM through workflow, campaigns, and emails. Microsoft officials told Dynamics CRM partners at the Dynamic Partner Connections PreGame event today that Mojo Surveys can be used for rule-based multi-channel surveys in a range of scenarios from service feedback to focus groups to sales. A formal announcement is expected this week at Convergence 2015 in Atlanta.

Microsoft will also be solidifying three ISV relationships this week. DocuSign has deepened their strategic partnership with a new "DocuSign for Dynamics CRM" connector that offers stronger digital signature integration and more support for sales teams.

Convergence newcomer InsideSales.com will become a new Global ISV (GISV) for Dynamics CRM. Microsoft has praised the company for its predictive lead scoring capabilities that help sales teams target the right leads and increase their deal closing rates.
