Altec and Solver release doc-link and BI360 integration for Microsoft Dynamics GP

Altec Products Inc., a provider of enterprise document management and workflow solutions, has announced the release of an integration between their doc-link solution and Solver's BI360 for Microsoft Dynamics GP.

The new integration will allow Dynamics GP customers to launch associated documents in doc-link from within their BI360 reports, according to officials of the two companies. Users, including department heads and other managers, can use the hyperlink to immediately access and view documents that pertain to a specific vendor, customer or transaction from their BI360 reports.

Both Altec and Solver deliver their solutions through Dynamics resellers, so customers using Dynamics GP, doc-link and BI360 can work with their Dynamics resellers in conjunction with Solver and Altec to get the integration set up, according to officials.

"This integration provides greater visibility and easier access to supporting documentation that will help improve financial reporting and decision making," says Mark Ford, CEO of Altec, in a statement.
