Microsoft Rolls Out Dynamics CRM 2013 Phone App to App Stores

Microsoft has launched its Dynamics CRM 2013 phone apps for Windows, iPhone, and Android. The apps have arrived, somewhat earlier than the month end timeframe Microsoft was suggesting as recently as the start of this week's Partner Connections Event.

Alert project manager Peter Majer of CRM consultancy Sonoma Partners was one of the first to download the iPhone version of the app so he could play around with it and share some early impressions. Versions are also in the app stores for Windows and Android.

By default, the new mobile apps let you update tasks, notes, contacts, accounts, leads and opportunities from a dashboard. Additionally, you can visually track the progress for key performance indicators with charts and access your personalized views that you see the information that's most important to you.
