The US Microsoft Dynamics Field & Partner FY14 Kick Off Event  took place this week in Denver. The event hosted over 800 attendees (including Microsoft), and included updates from both the Dynamics product teams and the US subsidiary leadership.

The kickoff event includes a lot of sales language - plenty of talk of wins and success, lots of buzzwords like 'aligning', 'driving', and 'execution'. And this year brought a new takeaway catchphrase - "Swagger Time" - related to the upcoming Dynamics CRM 2013 release.

There have also been a few nuggets of news coming out of the event. Microsoft displayed an updated CRM roadmap plan that includes another "marketing update" in Q3 2014 before the "Vega" product update in Q4 2014.

Microsoft also told attendees that in the US in FY 2013, Dynamics AX license revenue grew 40% and CRM license revenue grew 55%.

And they reportedly informed the audience that the upcoming releases of Dynamics NAV and GP will offer single sign on with Office 365.
