by Linda Rosencrance
Contributing Writer, MSDW

Convergence always brings with it lots of press releases and announcements, some more interesting and worthwhile than others.  For every cool new product debut, you're likely to find another "news item" explaining little more than an event sponsor's booth number.  With many announcements already moving through the newswire services, it is about time to start making note of the more interesting developments.

In this Convergence 2012 pre-event roundup:

  • Concerto Cloud Services Launches Concerto PSA
  • SalesFUSION to Showcase New Integrated Lead Management And Nurture Marketing Solutions For Dynamics CRM
  • Accellos to Launch 3PL Suite for Microsoft Dynamics
  • SPS Commerce and JustFoodERP Partner to Deliver Supply Chain Solutions for the Food and Grocery Industry
  • Neudesic to Feature Pulse 3.0 at Convergence 2012
  • Axonom to Showcase Mobile CRM Solutions at Microsoft Dynamics Convergence 2012
  • Microsoft Partners with Lotus F1 Team

Concerto Cloud Services Launches Concerto PSA

Tribridge, through its Concerto Cloud Services, has released Concerto PSA, its new subsciption-based professional services automation (PSA) solution designed to align customer relationship management (CRM) with PSA and enterprise resource planning (ERP) in a single, cloud-based. Concerto PSA will be formally launched with live product demos at Convergence.

The subscription-based service is designed as an xRM solution that brings together Dynamics CRM 2011, Dynamics SL, and Assistance PSA through a web interface, according to company officials.

Concerto PSA is aimed at small and medium-sized professional services organizations (PSOs), but it is also scalable into the upper mid-market for clients with multiple-company requirements, according to James Thomas, services industry practice director for Concerto.
