Project Background

The acquisition of Melco Engineering’s assets and property leases significantly expanded AGIS’s capabilities, adding three high-capacity workshops to its portfolio. This expansion enabled AGIS to tackle complex projects more efficiently, but it also brought new challenges: managing operations across multiple locations, integrating workflows and assets, and improving shop floor management. AGIS needed a scalable solution to centralize operations and optimize production processes. Dynamic Aspect delivered a comprehensive ERP solution anchored by Wiise, a cloud-based platform built on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. The implementation also included Insightsoftware’s Jet Reports for advanced analytics and Insight Works’ Shop Floor Insight to enhance shop floor operations.
