Dynamics CRM Integration with Multiple NAV instances using Connect Bridge

Dynamics CRM Integration with Multiple NAV instances using Connect Bridge

Managing separate Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Dynamics NAV (Navision) instances for different aspects of a company’s operation can lead to data silos and hinder efficiency.  For this reason, many organizations connect Dynamics CRM to their Dynamics NAV using Microsoft's out-of-the-box integration.

This white paper explores the limitations of out-of-the-box integration and how Connect Bridge, a third-party integration tool, can connect a Dynamics CRM system with multiple Dynamics NAV instances.

Three different scenarios for such integration are presented, namely developing an integration application in C#, using a Linked Server and using a Power Automate flow. Additionally, two examples and one case study are included.
