Business software provider WebSan Solutions has acquired the Microsoft Dynamics GP customer portfolio of fellow Microsoft partner Rimrock Corp.

WebSan plans to support their new Dynamics GP client base with service, support, and training, according to the company.

WebSan managing director Andrew King told MSDW the firm plans to continue making acquisitions, calling the Rimrock deal “our first of many acquisitions to come to move aggressively forward with on-prem to Cloud migrations.”

"With WebSan's strong reputation as a leader in Microsoft cloud ERP services, we are confident that our GP customer base will receive the same high level of support and enhancements they have come to expect over the past 25 years. For clients ready to embrace the cloud, WebSan's expertise ensures a seamless transition. We are grateful that our clients will be well taken care of, allowing us to focus on our rapidly growing mechanical contracting client base," stated Jonathan Taub, President of Rimrock Corporation.

"We are incredibly excited about this strategic investment in our company," King added in a statement. "Acquiring Rimrock Corporation's Dynamics GP customer portfolio allows us to further strengthen our presence in the market and continue providing exceptional support and services to our clients. We look forward to welcoming the new clients and ensuring a seamless transition with our expert support, training, and cloud migration services."
