Validity integrates with Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Customer Engagement
Validity has integrated its DemandTools platform with Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Customer Engagement. The Boston-based company provides data quality and compliance tools for CRM administrators aimed at helping to aid sales, operations, management and marketing teams.
The integration with Dynamics 365 expands the company's reach, which already included Salesforce. The company claims that 40,000 organizations have used their platform.
DemandTools includes features such as deduplication for leads and cases, scenario management and user record selection. Other features include matching options, field rules to guard against data loss and a set of master rules for automated decision making.
