With so much change in the Microsoft business applications lineup in the last year, existing Dynamics CRM users, especially those with years of past product experience, are focused on both learning what’s next for the product line and how their organizations will adapt to the Dynamics 365 and Power platform landscape.

Tony Stein, director of Microsoft Dynamics 365 program management for Dynamic Communities, and Clarissa Simpson, CRMUG Summit program committee chair, Microsoft MVP and CRM administrator for Ford Motor Company, talked recently with MSDW about the upcoming User Group Summit in Phoenix in October and how they have taken on the challenge of meeting the needs of users in search of education and guidance.

User Group Summit, running October 15 to 18, 2018, features hundreds of sessions on Dynamics 365, Dynamics AX, Dynamics CRM, Dynamics GP, Dynamics NAV, and Power BI, PowerApps, and Microsoft Flow. Sessions are categorized into learning tracks centered on job role, industry, skill level and product version. (Note: MSDynamicsWorld is a media sponsor of the event).
