TrueCommerce Launches EDI Solution for New Microsoft Dynamics AX

TrueCommerce, a HighJump company and provider of trading partner connectivity and integration products, has rolled out an EDI solution for the new Microsoft Dynamics AX (previously known as AX 7). But the new Dynamics AX must catch fire before we see the solutions at work.

The integration connects the new AX to the TrueCommerce Global Commerce Network, which includes over 10,000 pre-connected retailers, distributors and logistics service providers, according to company officials.

With the cloud-based platform, AX users can collaborate with their supply chain partners using EDI and other data standards without customizing AX or manage the mapping and connectivity requirements of their trading partners, said TrueCommerce.

TrueCommerce automates the process of receiving purchase orders into Dynamics AX, as well as sending purchase order acknowledgments, receivable invoices, advance ship notices and other documents. Built-in process controls automatically validate pricing, discounts, customer tiers and other data to ensure that the EDI transactions are accurate and complete before they're processed.
