Scribe Software Reports Best Quarter in Company History

Scribe Software Corp., a global data integration provider, has announced certain details of its financial performance for its second quarter, ending June 30rd.  The company reports record bookings, as well as growth year-over-year and compared to the first quarter of 2011.

Growth compared to the same quarter last year was 21%, driven by demand from enterprise, small and mid-size business, and global markets, as well as recurring revenue from services. Scribe grew 29% over the first quarter of this year.

Scribe, a privately held corporation, is part of private equity firm The Mustang Group.

New Scribe customers in Q2 included Calorex, Mexico's largest heating system manufacturer; Mitsubishi Caterpillar Forklift America, Inc.; Pennsylvania Office of Administration (OIT Executive Branch); Redbooks.com; Royal Bank of Canada; Skip Barber Racing School; Trek Bicycle; and Widex, an international hearing aid manufacturer, among others.

"To understand Scribe's momentum, look at it in the context of industry trends," said Carson Biederman, managing partner of The Mustang Group and Scribe board member, in a statement. "The explosion in data platforms, requiring the integration of public and private cloud and on-premise data found in enterprise applications and business systems, combined with demand for business process integration is creating an increasingly complex IT environment. Scribe has designed its integration platform and services to enable IT teams, ISVs, and SIs to collaborate effectively to meet this challenge."
