SBS Group Acquires Microsoft Dynamics Practice of Omnios

Technology consulting firm SBS Group has acquired Omnios, a Chicago-based Microsoft Dynamics practice.

SBS Group provides manufacturing, distribution, financial management, project management, supply chain management, customer relationship management, service management and accounting solutions.

SBS said it's continuing its market reach by pursuing other acquisition opportunities in several major markets across the country. Adding Omnios' Microsoft Dynamics Practice, allows SBS to enter the market in Microsoft's Chicago and Midwest regions. SBS Group's Midwest office located in Chicago will now serve Omnios' customers. Michael Silver, principal of Omnios joins the Midwest Office as Vice President of Sales.

The financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.

"SBS has the resources, vision, and dedication to customer satisfaction that will enhance the work we have done over the past 21 years and enable our team to continue to fulfill our mission of helping our clients solve their business issues."

James Bowman, CEO of SBS Group said his company is excited to continue its expansion into the Midwest market. He said the SBS Group is glad to welcome Omnios' Dynamics clients to its family.
