sa.global grows Americas unit with acquisition of Microsoft partner Dynamic Consulting
Microsoft partner sa.global announced it has acquired US-based Dynamic Consulting. The deal grows sa.global's Americas business, with Dynamic Consulting president Jonathan Stypula becoming president of the Americas for sa.global.
Dynamic Consulting serves approximately 250 clients with a significant focus on project manufacturing, industrial equipment manufacturing, and field service organizations. sa.global expects to benefit from Dynamic Consulting's Microsoft Dynamics on-premises to cloud migration experience, they stated.
“The combined team now makes us the single largest, independent Microsoft Partner that focuses purely on Microsoft Business Applications and Modern Workplace," stated sa.global chief revenue officer Matt Calderwood.
sa.global has a presence in 25 countries and 850 employees, with implementations spanning 80 countries. Calderwood, who joined the company in early 2021, told MSDW that the acquisition will provide a significant boost to the growing the Americas business unit:
We relaunched our sa.global Americas business at the end of [February 2021] with zero revenue and closed 2021 with almost a $10M run rate revenue business. This would not have been possible without the strong support of our 850+ global team spread across 25 countries.
The Dynamic Consulting business adds almost another $15M in revenue making us now one of the prominent partners in the Americas and I believe the largest independent Microsoft Business Applications Partner in the world.
