Quisitive expands industry footprint with acquisition of Microsoft partner Mazik Global

Microsoft technology partner Quisitive has announced it will acquire Chicago-based Microsoft partner Mazik Global.

Quisitive will pay USD $7 million in cash and issue 6.25 million shares of common shares in the transaction, currently worth about CAD $10.1 million.  The company trades on the TSX Venture Exchange.  The deal includes additional earnouts of up to $8 million in cash and stock based on performance targets over three years.
