QBS Group buys majority share in 1ClickFactory, sharpening Microsoft Dynamics channel focus

QBS Group, a Value Add SMB Distributor for Microsoft Dynamics, announced it has acquired a majority stake in 1ClickFactory, the Dynamics-focused ISV, application services, and cloud platform company.

The deal represents "a further strengthening" of their existing partnership, which has strengthened over the past 18 months. QBS became Territory Representative for 1ClickFactory in the DACH region in June 2018 – and subsequently also in Benelux January 1, 2019. 

The company’s announcement emphasized the Dynamics channel's transition from NAV to Dynamics 365 Business Central and the many challenges that businesses will face – and that QBS Group wants to help partners meet. They wrote:
