Numenes, TenDigits Launch Updated Mobile Microsoft Dynamics CRM Applications

It has been become a relatively busy week in the Microsoft Dynamics CRM mobile application arena as both Canadian firm TenDigits Software Inc and Netherlands-based Numenes, have announced newly updated smartphone clients for Dynamics CRM.

Numenes announced today its launch of an iPhone client for Dynamics CRM as an updated version of its iDcrm application.

And TenDigits has released MobileAccess 4.7 to provide Microsoft Dynamics CRM access for any smart mobile device including the iPhone, iPod and iPod Touch.

TenDigits said its MobileAccess 4.7 is a comprehensive, enterprise-grade tool that lets professionals use Microsoft Dynamics CRM anywhere, anytime with mobile devices such as smartphones. Company officials said MobileAccess 4.7 combines the user-friendly and productive access that users want as well as security and manageability that organizations need, providing an effective approach to enhancing organizational responsiveness.

"With this release, our vision was to address the demands for broader device platform support while at the same time improving the manageability that organizations need for serious enterprise-grade deployments," said Sean Gocher, CEO of TenDigits, in a statement.

In conjunction with the release of MobileAccess 4.7, TenDigits also announced a new Universal Client Technology. According to the company, with the new technology a variety of different Smart Mobile Device platforms are able to access any customized Microsoft Dynamics CRM system, ranging from smartphones to wireless devices like the iPad.

Gocher said the Universal Client Technology is designed to simplify deployment, support and maintenance tasks to make it more convenient for IT managers to handle large numbers of users productively.
