New Professional Services Integration for Microsoft Dynamics CRM Adds Timesheet, Workflow Visibility, More Integration Points

Professional services software firm Assistance Software announced that it has released a new version of Assistance PSO that works with Microsoft Dynamics CRM.

The solution's CRM integration provides a view of CRM data that is tailored to professional services sales, operations, and management staff.  The integration allows users to pull account information from Dynamics CRM like meeting notes and outstanding invoices, as well as pushing data to CRM, like appointments and agreements, through Outlook.

According to the company, this release of Assistance PSO differentiates itself from their previous offerings in that it can be run directly from Dynamics CRM, allowing users to access time sheets directly from the CRM user interface.  And with additional integration points, CRM workflows can be applied in different user scenarios.

This release of Assistance PSO is part of an on-going program to integrate professional services project management processes with a full range of Microsoft solutions, including Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Microsoft Dynamics AX, Microsoft Dynamics NAV, Microsoft Dynamics GP, Outlook, Word, Excel and Microsoft SharePoint.
