New Microsoft Dynamics Lifecycle Services (LCS) tools generally available
The Microsoft Dynamics Lifecycle Services team's latest monthly update includes the official launch of self-service upgrades, along with other tools that have are now generally available.
Self-service upgrade means that after users complete the code upgrade and are able to perform an end-to-end data upgrade in their development environments without manipulating data in Microsoft SQL Server, they can now begin the upgrade process in their sandbox environments.
