New and updated connectors coming to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Intelligent Order Management

Microsoft revealed Dynamics 365 Intelligent Order Management in March 2021 and launched a preview in April. Now, the product team is unveiling a range of pre-built connectors for the service aimed at retailers.

Intelligent Order Management is a standalone service in the Dynamics 365 lineup, built on the Power Platform, that is designed to intake orders from various sources and create orchestration flows for fulfillment and delivery.

In today's announcement Microsoft Senior Product Marketing Manager, Supply Chain Management Vignesh Balasubramanian shared more detail on pre-built connectors for several retail-focused services, from e-commerce to supply chain and logistics to sales and use tax.
